This quick and easy smoothie recipe is packed with nutrients and super delicious to boot. About four cubes of ice is the key!


  • 1 cup nondairy milk
  • 1 whole bananas (frozen)
  • 1 whole date
  • ½ whole apple, diced
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh


Combine all ingredients, except cinnamon, into a blender and blend until smooth (adding a bit more plant-based milk for desired creaminess). Add a generous shake of cinnamon, mix, and serve!
